申請流程 Registration Steps
  • Step 1 繳交線上及紙本申請表 Submit the paper application form and complete the online form.
  • Step 2 全球處通知審查結果 OGA will notify the applicant
  • Step 3 帶著愉快的心情出國 Go abroad with a jovial attitude
  • Step 4 繳交心得報告及核銷文件 Submit an experience report and write-off documents

    • 以本校業務單位核可參加者為限，補助金額依年度計畫所編列之預算決定，每名學生在學期間總補助金額上限三萬元，僅補助往返經濟艙機票；若以同案獲校外機關（單位）補助者，補助金額由學生海外交流審查委員會審定。
      Only those approved by the respective administrative unit of the university are eligible to participate. The subsidy amount is determined based on the budget allocated in the annual plan, with a maximum total subsidy of NT$30,000 per student during their period of study. The subsidy covers only round-trip economy class airfare. If the same project receives funding from external organizations, the subsidy amount will be determined by the University Overseas Exchange Review Committee.
  • 補助下列屬性之活動 Eligible activities applicable for subsidies
    • -姊妹校(含學術交流學校)之交流活動，包括由姊妹校舉辦之國際學術研討會。
      Exchange activities between sister schools (including academic exchange schools), including international academic seminars organized by sister schools.
    • -學生社團交流活動：每學年補助由學生事務處推薦足以代表本校之學生社團.
      Student club exchange activities: Each academic year, the subsidy is recommended by the Student Affairs Office to student clubs that are representative of the school.
    • -國際學生聯合會交流活動。International Student Association exchange activities.
    • -志願服務學習交流活動。Volunteer service, learning and exchange activities.
    • -短期課程與實驗/實習活動。Short-term courses and experimental/internship activities.
    • -國際比賽、國際會議。International competitions and international conferences.
    • -海外移地教學。Overseas teaching program.
    • -其他：依實際情況審定。Others: reviewed and determined based on actual circumstances.
  • 上述各款交流活動依以下標準進行審核 Review Criteria
    • (一)計畫完整性40%。Project completion: 40%.
    • (二)學習成效40%(包含服務學習訓練時數) 。Learning outcomes: 40% (including service-learning training hours).
    • (三)交流風險性20%。Communication risk: 20%.
  • 申請文件 Application Materials
    • –書面申請表/計畫書 請至學校公告連結下載附件 Application Form(團體group / 個人individual)。
    • -國外學校/研究機構/主辦單位之同意函或邀請函 Consent letter or invitation letter from the exchange school/research institution/sponsor.
    • -團體申請需繳交團體名冊Name List (for groups, only one copy is required, which will be filled out by the person in charge).here
    • -其他有利審查之證明文件
    • (請填寫線上申請表單，以及將申請表＆計畫書為紙本，並交至全球處交流組)
  • 語言能力證明 Proof of language proficiency
    • 1、至非使用華語地區交流，以檢附英語能力證明者為優先；至非使用華語地區使用華語交流，請提供佐證文件則不需檢附語言能力證明。
      If you want to communicate in a non-Chinese-speaking area, priority will be given to those who submit a certificate of English proficiency; if you are going to communicate in a non-Chinese-speaking area using Chinese, please provide supporting documents and there is no need to submit a proof of language proficiency. 
    • 2、其他地區：依當年度審核結果而訂。
      Other regions: determined based on the annual review results.
    • 3、參加國際競賽、國際會議及海外移地教學之學生，需提供全民英檢中級複試或全民英檢中高級初試或等同其他英語能力檢定成績之證明文件。其英語能力證明文件可為全民英檢、多益、托福、IELTS、GET等。
    • Students who participate in international competitions, international conferences, and overseas teaching program must provide documents proving the results of the General English Proficiency Test(GEPT) Intermediate Retest or the General English Proficiency Test(GEPT) Intermediate and Advanced Preliminary Examination or equivalent to other English proficiency tests. The English proficiency certificates can be GEPT, TOEIC, TOEFL, IELTS, GET, etc.
    • 4、海外見實習及志工服務依當地機構要求而訂
    • Overseas internships and volunteer services are arranged according to the requirements of local institutions
